Deer Creek Ranch

One parcel is 60 acres and the other parcel is 265 acres for 325 acres total. 

The front parcel is 60 acres and is mostly level to gentle slope pasture.  It is contiguous to the County Road and Deer Creek runs thru it.  It has a spring, spring/well and electricity.  There is a rocked road from the County Road, over the Deer Creek bridge to a ranch headquarters pad site overlooking the pasture area. 

The 265 acre parcel is about 1/2 mile to 1.5 miles south of the 60 acre front parcel.  There is a deeded easement dirt road between the 2 parcels.  The 265 acre parcel has 2 ponds, pasture areas, ridges and valleys.  The 265 acres is the primary hunting habitat of the 325 acres total, although late in the season elk can be plentiful at dawn in the front 60 acre pasture.
