Price:  $1,300,000 for 520 acres including all permanent hunting blinds and other affixed improvements. 

$440,000 for 220 acres, which is a part of the 520 acres.

Terms:  With a 25% or larger down payment, the owner will consider providing financing for the balance of the purchase price.  Terms could include interest only with a future balloon payment with a rate and term to be agreed upon.   

Personal Property available for sale with the 520 acres but not included in the Ranch price:  A 26' travel trailer and a 22' enclosed utility trailer are parked on the rocked pad camp area about 200 yards inside the ranch from the entrance gate.  They are connected to electricity and are close to the spring/well for water.  The travel trailer is in good condition, self-contained and fully furnished.   The 2006 utility trailer has a 18' x 8' x 8' enclosed box and is set up for storage and  as a game processing area, including electric lights and heater. 

A late model Yamaha Rhino 4 x 4 side by side utility vehicle and a late model Yamaha Yukon 4 x 4 ATV are also available for sale.
