The ranch has 2 separate legal parcels. 60 acres in the north and 265 acres in the south totaling 325 acres.
The ranch entrance is at the top of the map in the northeast corner.
The solid white colored areas on the ranch are mostly lower level or gentle slope grassy pasture. The solid white areas outside the ranch on the north, east and west are mostly the neighbor's alfalfa and hay fields. The small green dots represent various vegetation of oak trees, oak brush, sage brush and open grass areas.
The hunting blinds are located on the tops of ridges overlooking strategic big game migration routes and major trails between the alfalfa fields and the heavy cover of the national forest.
Easements:
1. There is a deeded easement from the County Rd. 43 to the 265 acre parcel.
2. There are deeded easements from the County Rd. 43 to the property to the west and south of the 60 acre parcel. The two easement roads thru the 60 acre parcel are owned by one out of state individual who has not constructed any improvements and at this time only uses the property during the hunting seasons.
