The ranch is about 1.5 miles long north to south and 3/4 mile wide east to west. 

The ranch entrance is at the top of the map in the northeast corner. 

The solid white colored areas on the ranch are mostly lower level grassy pasture.  The solid white areas outside the ranch on the north, east and west are mostly the neighbor's alfalfa and hay fields.  The small green dots represent various vegetation of oak trees, oak brush, sage brush and open grass areas. 

The blinds are located on the tops of ridges.

Easements: 

1.  There will be an easement from the County Rd. 43 to the 220 acres.   

2.  There will be an easement though the 220 acres for access to the 240 acre parcel to the south of the 220 acres.
